Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention to the present moment. Research has shown that it can help us manage stress, anxiety and depression. In this course we will learn how to establish a daily meditation practice and how to bring mindfulness into all aspects of our lives so we can cope better with life’s ups and downs.

Well Kerry,we are spoiled rotten as they say ! I am thoroughly enjoying Orla in Mindfulness sessions, I also loved Tessa’s Sound Healing and while I love Charmaine’s Feel Good Moves on Mondays at 3pm I can now only attend til 3.30.
All the above mentioned are so well run and delivered and their benefits far reaching in terms of wellbeing . Thanks again !
