Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention to the present moment. Research has shown that it can help us manage stress, anxiety and depression. In this course we will learn how to establish a daily meditation practice and how to bring mindfulness into all aspects of our lives so we can cope better with life’s ups and downs.
