Tessa Ann from The Sound Healing Spa leads an online sound relaxation experience using the concept of therapeutic sound to provide a space for participants to relax using the medium of sound. The sessions will combine guided relaxation, recorded sounds and instruments played live, so the participants may experience a real-time relaxation session.

How to prepare:
As this is time out for you. Find a quiet space, in which you can allow yourself the opportunity to enjoy the session without being disturbed.
You can choose to experience this session lying down or seated.
Have your home comforts to hand:
- Pillow, Blanket, Mat, Water and comfortable clothing
- Drink of water or tea
- Have a notebook and pen hand to make notes as you explore your connection to sound
- Headphones or earbuds if you feel that help you to get into a better space for listening to the sounds (You may choose to listen without headphones if the sound quality is better through the speakers on your device)
